HaHa!! Don't worry. I'm a marketer's dream buyer. When I buy an item in a series, I almost always have to complete the set.

I friend of mine has a name for that, he is a completist ;-)

I, too, have a name for it, it is ... destitute ;)

    Not destitute, yet. :D

Just thought I would share what I've been working on for the last few days. Keep in mind that I'm still learning. I used Jack's Moon Gate to help me get in the mood for Halloween. It isn't perfect, but it is now the background wallpaper on my laptop. :)

It took me fifteen renders while moving things around and getting everything just the way I wanted, but I think it turned out rather nice. I still have a lot to learn about lighting and stuff, but I'm getting there.

Grrr! Jack, I was really trying to stay away from all the West Park and Parkside stuff. I really was. But today, I log online and there is a Spooky sale. I got every one of your pieces and now I've officially lost count of Jack's stuff. But I think it is at 50+ now. There really should be a vendor filter on our products page so we can filter our content by vendor as well as the date and name. My Jack T catalog is filling up fast. LOL

I'm working on a far shot of Castillo del Diablo similar to the fifth promo shot on the product page, but I can't get it quite right. Do you remember what background was used for that shot?

Oh gosh! You made me look... I'm only missing 34 out of Jack's 169 item catalog.

Well, at least I know what to shop for...get that number under 17. :)

Hahah, nice.. I mean, I'm really sorry to that ;)

(Hey, these hats don't pay for themselves!)

I think the bg of that other set was just a photo-manipulation.. sorry!

Well, I do love the hat. :)

I'll keep working on the castle. I'm actually thinking of trying to import it into Bryce. I have a terrain there that would be perfect for it, but I haven't tried taking Daz objects into Bryce yet. We'll see how it goes. If I can get the picture I have in my head onto the computer, I will be halfway the book cover idea that I have.

Can't wait to see what tomorrow's sale offerings are. :)

    Morgan,

If you haven't got them already, I would suggest Invetero and (a close second) Platea. Invetero is a grand looking building with a couple of cute fountains and some great wall textures.

    Cheers,

    Alex.

I second Invetero, one of my most used environment props, detailed, interesting and top notch quality!

One I don't have yet, but it is on my wishlist. Since I have added so MANY new JT items during this sale, I checked again to see how many more of Jack's products are not in my product library. Shopping under vender claims I only have 39 more Jack Tomalin products left to buy. I think I have more of Jack's stuff on my computer than any other vendor. Although, Stonemason comes in a distant second.

Yep. Jack is beating Stefan in my list too. Only 62 Stonemason items left to buy (If I remove the bundles I've already paid for by buying the items separately).

Only 34 Jack Tomalin items left -- almost all of them PC+ (how'd that happen!?). Sadly, have to admit, I'm probably not going to buy the commercial game developer license... But the remaining props on the list are always in mind.

It's nice. I managed to clear out all but a couple of items on my wishlist. Now that the store filters items we own (and the bug with that that was troubling me seems to be fixed), I don't need a silly wishlist. I can just go to the vendor filter and check the Jack Tomalin box, and my wishlist comes up like magic.
