Free Character: not working

Added one of the few available to me: came in at $22+. I have several new releases. So is this not working or do you just have to have one new release only in the cart?

    It’s not working with one new release in the cart either.

    strange..working good for me ... i got one already and have another in cart with a new release ... it comes in at 0.00 as well

    My free character page is empty. I own all of them. No banner discount instead this time?

    I own everything but Hiro4. Haven't felt a need for him in the last 10 years, so why even bother?

    yiou can do a render with all the characters you have no need for.

    that deal toady is called June 27 Free Characters ... so maybe June 28 will have different ones

    Yes it seems to be that Hiro 5 is not showing as free. Aiko 5, the only other character I don’t own, works, but not Hiro 5.

    for sure... when it says new release is qualifier, i buy a $2 texture set, (I'm PC+ member) ... then the free item. 
    usualyy the item the textures are for will show up sooner or later in a free bundle, as a free item, or whatever..or greatly reduced for a special..then I grab that. 

    I'm learning the game laugh
