Saving a character

Ok, so i created a character and i want to "clone her".
I selected the character and went to my menu-> save character
I went to presets->characters anddouble clicked on the character.
First thing i noticed is that the character had no hair and no anatomical parts (which i can understand) but the character looked different.
I went to my paramters tab and selected "curently in use" i noticed a huge difference in sliders/morphs used.
Should i use the clone node function or is there something else i can do to get an exact copy of that character?

I gave a response here for someone who was trying to save other things with her character. In addition to what I said to them, if you're using parameter dials to shape, did you checkmark shape settings? I suggest don't compress daz studio files so you can hand edit them if needed.

Thanks cris, i think i will use the scene subset function. Probably the easiest way. I will also verify the shape settings but i think it did. Because the breast where similar but her height for example wasn't.
