Does this look right? I should be getting $6.00 off istead of $2.03 correct? I understand the freebie and the new release aren't included.

Freebies always cause problems with using the PC coupons. They "eat" part of the coupon, even when they shouldn't, so if at all possible, I always make 2 orders - one with the coupon, one with the freebie.
You can always send in a sales ticket and they'll issue a store credit for the ammount you should have recieved.
As for the amount under "platinum club is saving you" I think that's before the coupon, and I'm not sure it's ever been accurate. I'd remove the coupon, check the total, apply the coupon again and see what the difference is manually.
