How to use "dForce preset"

Hello,

i just purchased the Wise Wizard HD Bundle. It comes with a "dForce Preset" called "Hood down". I guess it allows me to use the hat by moving the hood off the head. But I have no idea when and to what part it should be applied. I know the basics of dForce, how to animate clothes to a character, but I don't know how to use this preset. I also have no idea how to contact the author of this product to ask them directly.

Any hints are really appreciated.
