Yes, it's a stand alone application so the only requirements are a figure file you can load (CR2 exporter should give that, at least for legacy rigged figures - and you don't need to be able to pose in Mimic, just to morph, as far as I know) and the .dmc file, then output a pz2 pose with the animation and apply it to the figure in DS via the Poser Formats area of the Content Library pane or File>Import.

Out of the 3 lip sync programs (or 4, I"m not sure)
There is Lip Sync, Mimic lite, Mimic Live, and Mimic Pro
Which ones can lip sync to already recoded material?
All except Mimic Live, as far as I know.
