Optional Powerloader for Genesis

I say optional, because not everybody would want this and shouldn't be 'forced' to use it. I actually liked the PL/INJ files from Gen4 and wish there was some way of doing that with Genesis. Sometimes I don't need every morph pack in my arsenal and would love to be able to load say just the ones that can be used as merchant resources, or just the freebie morphs, etc.
