    Yeah, it's a new item, so it's not available. The item list when you click on the banner isn't correct. Just have to make sure it's not a new item (new items have a green banner in the upper right corner) and that it's not a PC+ item or gift card.

    Thanks a lot for the information. A lot of new items are listed here, but finally I found something and it worked.

    yep the GEMME-A-FASTGRAB banner is bugged when i click on it, it really don't open the proper list of valid stuffs, you must go testing on the ones you think it's gonna work, for exemple michael 8 pro and vladimir 8 pro it's work fine, that are the ones i tested, the list is missing.

    Any one item that isn't new, isn't a gift gard, membership or a pc+ item. To the best of my knowledge, based on this, there is no list or special page.

    Although I haven't been through the checkout to confirm it, it even seems to work on existing fast grab items (for a total 91% off), which is pretty unusual for offers.

    Most of the sales have the proper available items separated in a self contained list...you usually don't have to weed through stuff to find the applicable items...

    The Gemme is messed up I think-  because products which are NOT NEW (no green banner)  and are NOT MARKED AS NEW suddenly show as NEW in the cart. 

    Just two are Cold Fusion (4-9-19 release)  and Wild West. (4-10 Release)  Isn't New considered 60 days? Or is it 30? Regardless, with 31 days in May, neither of these are new and they aren't marked new. But the cart says they are. Please fix ASAP. And I'm sure there's more.

    Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem: I would like to buy the "Star02.Starter Bundle" using the coupon SUPER-GENESIS-3. The thing is when trying to apply it, it says coupon is not valid.sad It is valid for other bundles promoted on the same page though...

    No replies from sales support... the thing is, being a flash sale, how long do I have to wait for them to fix this issue? cheeky

    All of the bundles listed as qualifying for the SUPER-GENESIS-3 discount are Daz Originals, and Genesis 3 Base Figures, (with the number 7 in the name.) Star 2.0, though based on Genesis 3 Female, is a PA product, and not a Base Figure. It isn't included in the offer.

    Posted this at 10am. It's almost 2:40PM   Is anyone on this please? Is the code working for other people? (But if it's not near the end of the new release status, aka released in April on 9th or 10th, that won't be a true indication anyway.)

    I was able to successfully use it on Atmocam2 which has a release date of 10 April. Since I already used it I can't test the coupon on the products you mentioned

    I didn't notice it on the page! Okay. My recommendation is to put the bundle in your cart, apply the coupon, and take a screenshot. Also get a full-page screenshot of the page showing Star 2.0. If you haven't already. And if you haven't already, go back to your ticket and add those screenshots as attachments.

    Yes!!! It's fixed. At least on the Old West Mine one. I didn't test other recently expired new releases though. Thanks for testing it for me. (And thanks mods, I'm sure you forwarded the issue, silently doing what you do in the background :)  )

    Does this only work on a single item? Haven't used that one so not sure if that's the intent. If you have multiple items it won't try to "guess" at picking one, the coupon will just fail. **Yeah just double checked, it's meant to work on one item.

    It's for a single qualifying item, and won't work if there are multiple potential targets in the cart.

    Wow I always figured the & symbol to mean AND and not OR.

    I think the confusion is because it says "and" instead of "or". Right now it reads as if you can have one of each: a Pro Bundle, Starter Bundle & Base Figure when it really means "Select a Pro Bundle OR a Starter Bundle OR a Base Figure" to get the discount. Do the latter and then the coupon works.

    It does, but it's supposed to mean "one item from this category containing pro, starter and base bundles", not "one item from each subcategory". I agree it's not very clear though.

    It looks like Gift Card emails might be delayed. They're usually instaneous, but I'm still waiting for the email to show up after ten minutes. :( If I don't get it by morning I'll be putting in a ticket. Just keep that in mind if you need any purchased gift card sums immediately for a sale or something.
