[SOLVED] Head/Body Morph Removal

I've made a character and need to create icons for removing the character head morph and the body morph. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't know how to save a "negative," so to speak. Thanks in advance!

Edited to add that this is apparently done when saving as shaping preset, so solved!
