Contemporary Living Room

Does anyone know why the Contemporary Living Room (and public toilet) were in the addon area for Floyd?  There's all these textures and props for elderly then bam...a living room and pubic toilet.  

I bought the living room cuz I like it's look and has lots of angles for different renders, but just curious why it was with his addons?  Seems very odd.

    When grandpa goes on a walk in the park, he might need to... and being a classy grandpa, he doesn't use the bushes, but the loo... obviously.

    And what's wrong with the living room, he needs one, too! smileywinkheart

    Maybe DAZ just realized that every figure needs a living room and a toilet. They forgot the kitchen though.

    But yea, I was wondering too. Maybe they just ran out of relevant items.

    Well he can go in the park's bathroom. frown  That's a pretty fancy living room for an eldery person to maintain.  Maybe he has a housekeeper. Or like Taoz says...lack of relevant Floyd specific items.  He doesn't need skimp wear or hipster outfits and for sure no heavy duty armour with big swords!

    That public toilet is the cleanest nicest public toilet I have ever seen.... the ones around here are scary places a public worker has to spray down with a hose... and are usually cold and damp and not nearly that nice Floyd is a lucky man

    Yeah,here too.  You have to hold your shirt over your nose and try not to breathe while you're in there. Pure filth. no  Yep, Floyd is one lucky guy.

    I'm glad they did! I got that bathroom for $6+, and that was an extremely well made living room with a deck.

    in one of my renders (page 10 Floyd 8 thread) he was a pinup model in his undies and few others did hinm that way too and he kicks arse in others renders too while not wearing much

    the public toilet could be in a doctors surgery or employment agency or some resturant talking about inside outside part at a fancy brand new park? Pretty big for a public public toilet and not enough actual toilets. Toilet roll normally lower too. As for the CLR trying to work out layout other two rooms not sure and one leads off like maybe another part could be added maybe a retirement home we have these retirement villages where the aged have fancy small units to live in besides your typical retirement homes maybe one of those and Floyd and the others maybe/can be retired and afford one of these

    The toilet has grab bars intended for older adults, good for humped-back Floyd (also effective if with walker prop).
