(Solved) Can't Download an Item I just bought

This is a weird one. I just got a few things, some nail polish, and two characters. The nail polish and one of the characters works and dowloads just fine, but for some reason I can't get Kyla, either through DIM or Daz Connect. I usually use Daz Connect to install stuff and fall back to DIM for those things that I can't use connect for, so after I couldn't gt her to show up in connect I figured what the heck, that's what DIM is for, right? Wrong. She doesn't show up there either. She shows up in my product page and I have the invoice clearly showing I bought her.

Is this something that has ever happened to anyone before? I can just get her from my product page and do her manually, but this is pretty odd I think, and kinda unsettling. What if I get a few things with the intent to install later, but then they just go Poof and aren't there any more? Or I've read things stop being sold sometimes, will an item I pay for go missing and then I loose access to it because of this?

Can you download the zip from the product page and manually place it in the DIM Downloads folder?

Yes, that's what I ended up doing, but thank you. I've just not seen this before and I've bought quite a few things here. Wondering if it was something I should be worried about happening again in the future. Gonna have to just check my orders right away I guess. Odd thing is that the other two items were fine, just this character was missing.

Odd, I just went to install her manually and now shes available from connect too. Maybe I just wasn't patient enough, or needed to restart my PC or something, who knows, but it's all good now.

 

Maybe a mod can delete this thread, Might have just been lag or something since everything is good now.
