how to do a simple aniblock please?

Just one where someone turns around or something. How would you save it and apply it in Animate2 in Daz?

I would appreciate a small video if anyone could help or perhaps a picture explanation. Thankyou.

sorry to add this later but I thought it'd be easier if I just added a small vid of an example of something I wanted in aniblock form. Here is just a random movement to use as an example as an aniblock to save. How do I do this please?
