How to upload 3rd party files on Mac W/O Windows

Hi, I need to upload 3rd party files on my Mac (without Windows), and I am running Daz 4.10 Pro.  I have tried Utube, and the only thing I could find is uploading on a PC with Windows.  Is there anyone with experience with this who can help me in step-by-step instuctions?  I have purchased a lot of stuff that I can't get into my Daz, and it is really distressing.  Can anyone help?
