How Difficult is Shoe Rigging?

Is it particularly difficult to rig a shoe if you're comfortable wiith pants and shirts via TransferTool and post-transfer modifications? Is there a good tutorial for this someplace?

Heels or not heels? Non-heels are not, I think, very different - heels take a bit of fiddling, though that seems to be  as much as anything in the modelling and setting up to transfer.

I haven't started modelling, but probably short heels.
