Mermaids Pro Bundles For Genesis 8

the previous gen had centaurs and we have lots of zombies, undead, vampires, fairies/faes and I'm not complaining about that I've got many and wont say no more to more. But something we haven't got yet would like to see is DO Pro Bundles for male and female mermaids not toon related but more realistic in tails with different types of tails like gen2 had even some unusal ones like seahorses and lower parts of squid/octpus and other sea life. And some of the artists like Mousso doing a character/s, Josh Crocket can imagine doing real freaky creepy mermaids/men with sharp teeth and big eyes like the old horror versions of them and Rawart in his style probably like some of the Pirates of the Carribian characters. Just to name a few of several artists here could come up with some pretty interesting add on concepts mixture of attractive, weird and scary variations

If they released something like that, it might actually be what finally forces me to use Gen 8. I'm pretty well secure in Gen 3, but I'm tired of mermaids with no mermen! And if they made webbed fingers, gills, etc., I don't see how I could resist something like that!
As long as they do bundles for men and women, I'm all for it. If the fins work on all genesis 8 figures it should also work with Sakura, Aiko, Karyssa, etc. for making more stylized/cartoony images. It's easier going from realistic to cartoony than the other way around.
With the right fins Ollie and Edie could be used with them, they'd make great sea witches or mer folk.
I must admit I like the Mermaids 'Pro' bundle idea. I'd like it more if it included both a Male and a Female character, as this is a rather 'targetted' area, but that's not likely. Either way, yeah a Mermaids/Sea Creatures focused bundle with lots of cool stuf would be cool. If Daz Dragon can get mega bundles, Mermaids should get one too!
I could swear I saw a new character coming out with gills on the neck somewhere on FB recently. Arrrg...sorry I can't remember who it was. I guess keep an eye out because you might get at least that much. I totally agree ona mermaid bundle...great idea.
Yeah, we're due for some updated mermaids. The last major merpeople packages was for something like Genesis 1. It was an outstanding package (in fact more than one, there was another package with Melusine tails as well) RDNA had some merfolk more recently, but those were still for gen4.
We did get a mertail for Callie, but that was Toon style.

ETA: I remember seeing that WiP shot of the character with the gills. Can't recall who did it, but it was a PA, and there was no hint of it being anything other than a one-off. Looked very good, what one could see of it, but it was mainly a headshot.

I'd love to see a mermaid/merman bundle also, preferably with some fantasy and horror like skins.
I saw that WIP with the cool gills and some beautiful finned/morphed ears too- can't find it now in the mess that is FB ; (
What I'd like is a tail as a conforming outfit, rather than a geograft. It'd be easier to use male/female, and even prior generation.

I've cut my spending down to almost nothing but I would buy both a male and a female pro bundle for mermaids without a second thought.
I would also LOVE the idea of mermaids/merman pro bundles! The suggested additions like gills or webbed fingers would be fantastic too. <3

I would also love to see Harpie Pro Bundle for G8F for some Ray Harryhausen and other mythology fun.
Um... the Laguna set for G3F wasn't bundled very well, but it's pretty good. Has several extras going with it.
There's also a G2F set.
My favorite though is still for V4
Ah, I'd overlooked a lot then.
I'll have to admit that my favorite is still Smay's water nymph tail, but that's another gen4 version.
Of course, the pose pack doesn't include the pose I actually need (poorly perched up-right on land), but I'm getting there manually.
True, the last we've seen of that is Creatura - The Harpy for V4
A good set of classic mythological creatures, rather than just one would be a perfect bundle. Mermaids/Mermen, Harpies, Lamia/Gorgon, Sphinx, etc.
(ok, yeah, that's not very likely, but hey.....I can dream!)
Harpy wings and generally 'wings as part of arms' are a real pain to do. I'm honestly not sure what the best approach is.
Particularly nowadays, standards/expectations are rather higher and people won't put up with wings twisting plastically with various morphs.
You can exchange geografts between G2F and G2M using the cross tool product, but not possible for 3 and 8 due to the different meshes used.
I'd also love to see a remake of wingy-arms.
And I need a walrus person.
Actually, what I was thinking we really needed is some new Skeleton and Anatomy sets along the line of https://www.daz3d.com/female-anatomy-bundle for the G3/G8 generations. We already have muscle maps and morphs, and there have been a couple of PA produced skeletons, but none of it was designed to work together realistically, and those old v4/m4 gen innards are looking really dated.

for any generation would be nice too, why does everything have to just be for the latest, also then us poor Carrara users could buy it too
on the other hand if it must be a geograft then a matching boned fishtail skeleton forthose dead ones washed up on the shores
Oooooh.....there's an idea.....undead merfolk. Skeleton merfolk, zombie merfolk, vampire merfolk.......and the other kinds of creatures too.....a zombie harpy? A skeletal lamia?

I've been hesitating over the Laguna stuff for a long time, partially because it's not bundled well. A brand new Mer bundle would have me cracking open the piggy bank in no time.
