Collision Controls

I'm layering a costume, and the tutorial on the Daz 101 videos sugges that there is a collision control to separate the layers under the parameters tab in the item's dropdown menu listed after the mesh control. I cannot find it. I'm running Daz 4.10, if that makes a difference (I suspect it does).

Where can I find the collision controls in the latest version?

Do you mean the options under Mesh Smoothing? For those, if they aren't there, go to Edit>Figure>Geometry>Add Smoothing Modifier.
