How can i do for to export animation of DAZ 3D to 3d studio max?

Hy, i'm new user of DAZ 3D and i want to know how i can to do for to import one animation to made in DAZ3D and to open it in 3d Studio Max...

¿can anybody help me?

    FBX, if you want to carry the figure over, or BVH, if you just want the motion to apply to another figure. I have no experience with 3DS, but there are threads by others on the forum which may help you.

    Thank you. I saw several tutorials and conversations but i can't to find the correctly process to do it.
