Black and White Renders?

Can Black and White renders be done in DS 4.6 Pro? How?

    I guess it depends on how you define black and white but for starters you can try using the bump maps for skin maps and hair maps plus adjusting everyting that does not use maps to a shade of grey. Make sure you lighting is all shades fo grey.

    You can also render in color, then do a B&W conversion in some other program like Photoshop, GIMP or Infranview, the last two are free and you can batch convert files to B&W and adjust the levels to suit your tastes.

    Tthere are some filters that will turn images to Black and white in various ways.

    I use OptikVerve a lot http://www.optikvervelabs.com/virtualphotographer.asp

    I am using it with PS7 on a Win 7 system, but have Photoshop installed on the D drive, not the C
