Loading content crashes DS 4.10 Pro

Pretty-n-Pleats for Genesis 2 Female(s) SKU:19528 by Aave Nainen . When I try to load the dress to Genesis 2 female or any Gen 2 figure DS crashes suddenly with no remorse. Vest loads no problem. I have tried loading the dress as new and then merge a Gen 2 figure to the scene, looks good until I select the figure in "fit to" - DS crashes. Running Mac OS 10.13.4 with 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 processor and 16GB memory. I have not encountered this with any other content so far. Can anyone help?
