Is there a weight map for dummies?

I'm trying to learn to use dforce and I want to try weight mapping a neckline... but I have never weight mapped anything before at all and I have literally no idea where to start and all of the tutorials I can find seem to be geared towards either someone with a basic knowledge of what they are doing, or at the very least without any learning issues at all. Something with a lot of pictures or a video with a voice over and a highlighted cursor so I can see what they are clicking and pause and such would be greatly appreciated thank you.

    No problem. Ironically I got there yesterday by asking myself "How do I make a weightmap for dForce?"
