Genesis Generation X2 question

Is anyone going to pick this up or is it pretty much done since the creator passed away?  Are there any products on the way or out there that are similar (not talking about scripts)?  Something like this and X-Morphs would be a great combination for many of us.

    I don't think anyone CAN pick this up, vs. try to reinvent it. And at least one person apparently is working on a product to do this, at least according to commentary on this forum.

    The product certainly still works. The issue is support, since the developer isn't around to answer questions. But there is a forum for it and the posters there tend to be helpful.
