Software login problems

Hello, I'm Miguel Marquez and I seem to have a problem. When I open up the Daz Studio software it wouldn't let me log in to my account, it lets me in the install manager but not the official software. Here's an image why, so I was wondering, what am I doing wrong? Can you please help me out? thanks.

Have you installed PostgreSQL? Not that that should stop you from opening DS, but as noted it will block or limit some functions.
