Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

I don't see anyone else mentioning this, so I thought I'd throw it out there. It's happened to me a couple of time in the past few days, so maybe it's just a quirk, but I've put something into my cart, then hit the "continue shopping button." Next thing I know, the item I put into my cart is no longer there. I don't want to put in a ticket unless I know this is actually a problem, or if it's just something quirky happening only to me. I know it was in my cart, then POOF, it's gone. As I mentioned, it's only happened a couple of times and only within a few days this week. Just wondering.

I have been having that happen occaisionally the past few weeks, never had the same item disappear more than about twice though so had mainly been ignoring it. Kind of nice to know it is happening to others though.

Same here. I figured, as long as when I check out the total is the expected one, then I am good.. There are lots of quirky things that happen with the store, I figured this is just another one.

  • I find if you add items to your cart and then log in it loses your items until you log out again (also won't let you add any more items and you can't see the existing ones to delete whilst logged in)

I've only noticed this just in the last three or four days now, and it's only happened maybe twice, which is why I thought it could just be a quirk.

When the Mondo sale first launched,  I thought things weren't even going in the cart. I wondered if  I hadn't clicked the put in cart option, but perhaps it went in and vanished. It happened several times so I began to suspect it wasn't just me forgetting to do it.

I have had it happen a few times but I could only do it once or twice.

A couple of days ago I loaded a cart up with Edie, a couple of addons and 100% discounted pro packs which came to $53.  I added my PC+ $6 coupon which dropped the price to $51 instead of $47 and after purchasing I noticed the invoice total and charge to my card was $106!  I have since received a refund for the overcharge of $54, and store credit for the further $4 of the coupon (and scolded to not use them with free items which apparently also includes 100% discounted items).  I noticed last night that my PC+ membership has been removed even though I have paid until Dec 19th 2018!

(prices are approximate as cents? are involved)

Wow, better open another ticket & get you PC+ membership imported.

Three tickets open right now and waiting (one for PC+ coupon not working right, one for being charged double, and one for PC+ being removed).  FIrst two were resolved but I've added a new comment as it's obvious they are related and the rep trying to fix the store issues has messed up my PC+ membership :-/

If it's not resolved within 24 hours of logging the third ticket I'll be claiming a refund on all purchases I can (last 30 days only) and taking a time out away from the Daz logo (starting to make me feel ill), about time I was driven to learn Blender :-)

Okay, so I wasn't imagining it. It's happened two or three times for me in the last couple of weeks. Also get 404 errors now and again on product pages, but a second try works.

If you are shopping for more than 5 products the following steps could help to make sure that everything is added to the carts:

Open a separate tab for each product and use refresh F5

    1) Check if you are logged in

    2) Use one tab to the very left for the "Shop" main page

    3) Open each product you want to purchase in a separate tab

    4) Once you created tabs for each product start with the first one next to the shop page from the left

    5) Hit F5 to refresh and check if you are still logged in

    6) Add the product to the cart - continue shopping

    7) Go to the next tab with the next product and hit refresh F5, check login state

-> Now when you refresh you should see the number of products in your cart raised by one

    8) Add the product to the cart - continue shopping

-> Next tab, F5, check login status and number of products in cart, add to cart, continue

If for some reason a product was not properly added to the cart you should immediately notice that the number of items did not raise 1 since the last product you added.

Go back to the tab of the product that was not added properly. F5. login. add to cart. continue purchase. F5.

Now just repeat this until you are ready to check out.

Alternative - check before final purchase

    - Keep all the tabs for each product you want to purchase open after adding them to the cart.

    - After you have added all products to the cart start on the first product tab again and hit refresh.

    - Check if the product is still added to the cart .

    - Repeat for each product

You do realize Daz support doesn't work on week-ends, right?

Regarding initial topic, I've had that problem happen a few times too. Usually if I go back to the product page and add it again it works.

I'm gonna be honest here. I'm not gonna jump through hoops to buy stuff.  I've spent a HUGE amount of money here and quite frankly, if someone wants me to spend money on their stuff, its going to need to work right.  I'm not spending an hour of my very limited free time, fighting with a cart to make sure the price is right or stress over checking constantly to make sure the price was right.

It happened to me a few times, too. It hasn't happened often enough for me to notice a pattern.

I will say that the store seems monumentally buggy this last week.  The Body Mixer sale has been so messed up that I still haven't bought the product even though I normally buy all of Zev's stuff on day 1.
