Are there typical seasonal store sales?

I started playing with daz around Black Friday, so I caught that huuuuge sale. Then there was March Madness. I was wondering if there were (historically) any other seasonal sales? Or is it just one of those things where it's a surprise?

    March Madness in March

    PA Sale in September followed by

    PC Aniniversery Sale in October

    and lately a Holiday Sale in December.

     

    BUT there is also pretty much some sort of sale all the time.
