Afghan Hound for Daz?

This is a total long shot, but does anybody know of an Afghan Hound for Daz that looks decently photoreal? I wouldn't want to spend too much money on it since I probably will just use it once, but I have a render that would look great with one in it.

I think Adam Thwaites may have a prop figure over on MostDigitalCreations. But I'm not sure. He does have a couple of other dogs.

I can't recall whether the MilDog has a greyhound morph, but if it does an LAMH preset for Afghan hound would come pretty close.

You might need to commission someone to do that preset, unless you are already familiar with building your own presets in LAMH.

But I'd say that your best bet would probably be adding a photo of the hound in post.

Or possibly finding a really good phot with a background that can be cut away so it can be turned into a billboard with a transparency

Or one of the cleaning supplies https://www.daz3d.com/dream-clean-props-and-poses-for-genesis-3-female-s has a mop. You could just put a couple together and add a nose. Voila! (sorry)

  • Thanks all. I think I'll go for mops…oh, wait, I mean not anything. I don't think I could match the lighting in a photo well enough to satisfy me.

  • I'm not sure when we'll see realistic, profusely coated dog breeds.  I'm waiting for a Keeshond for Daz myself.
