Problem with batch maker in Content Package Assist

I'm using v1.0.0.31 of Content Package Assist and having a problem with the batch maker omitting one of the content zip files every time I have tried to build a content package.  For example, I load part1.zip + part2.zip + part3.zip.  check combine box and fill in the needed DIM package Details.  All looks fine, but when I proceed to make the content package CPA always skips one of the zip files.  Where I started out with part1.zip, part2.zip, and part3.zip in the list of zip files, CPA now shows the list as part1.zip, part1.zip, and part2.zip.  All of the content in part3.zip is left out of the content package.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Is there a work around?
