Daz Studio crashes on login, but works offline

So I just bought a new Asus E403N laptop.  I updated my Windows 10 Home, and updated the bios and all drivers.   I decided to try out Daz Studio and have run into a problem.   When I login to Daz3D in Daz Studio, Daz Studio crashes.   Windows just tells me it crashed and it will seek more information

As log as I am in work offline mode, I can load objects, render scenes, etc with no problem.  But if I log in at startup, or if I log in at the top of the screen at any point, Daz .

    What security software are you running?

    I just went and checked.  The only security software on my laptop is the standard Windows Defender software that Microsoft installs.   Beyond that, nothing.

    Just in case, I went and turned off Windows Defender real time protection, but Daz Studio still crashes on login.
