Can't login on second computer with same account

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi Guys!

I have DAZ Studio installed on my Mac and on my Windows 10 PC. Strangely I cant login to the Install Manager on the Win PC anymore, but on my Mac without problems. All with the same account of course.

Any remedies?

    Are you sur you are entering the details correctly on the Windows machine, email and password?

    Yes, I tried it several times and checked everything to be correct.
