Download manager downloads in 32 but does not install

i downloaded it from the site it came in 32 bit normally that's not a problem,

i clicked it to instal. and it does not instal it open an adminstration box and i click accept

but after that nothing happens. i tried restarting the computer en trying again, even deleted it en downloaded it again ;

but still nothing happen; can anybody explain this to me ? 

or help me ?. :)
