Why only one free item shows up with Penny 8 Pro Bundle sale?

On the Penny 8 page, it states that if you buy the Pro Bundle you get two items for free. Yet, all I see is Karen 7 Pro Bundle. Is anyone else having this issue?

You probably already own the other ones offered.
What are the others? Usually it still displays. I heard that Genevieve 7 was one of them, but I do own that one already.
You can see them if you log out.
DUH!!! Thanks for the reminder. And yep, all the ones offere EXCEPT for Karen 7 I already own...oh well. At least I can get that one...lol.
That's why it's not a good idea to purchase everything
That's one more than I can get. Oh well, at least I'll be saving my money by not buying Penny 8.
The heck you say! LOL, I actually purchased only about four of them when they came out. The rest I got free with the purchase of the Gen 8 Pro Bundles...HA HA!
I'll say again that, for those of you that have all/almost all of the selected freebie bundles already, you should get an extra discount or an orange banner coupon or something, seeing you've been such good Daz customers up until now.
Or some sort of token/discount towards the next pro bundle for being such a loyal Daz customer.
Note. I have 7 'freebie' bundle options to choose from in the Penny 8 sale, so this wouldn't help me this time, but I just think really good customers such as y'all should get extra rewards occasionally...
I disagree, if anything they should stop the practice of even offering the free older bundles since it promotes this unrealistic sense of DAZ owes me something. Just do away with it and give loyal customers a % off or something, that would be more fair than the free bundle offer. During MM, you got an extra % off having the Ollie or Aiko pro bundle and I didn't see any of the none Ollie or Aiko crowd complaining it was unfair.
Except that Daz did give us credits early on for bundles we already owned in the early Genesis 8 days, so we have precedent. I ended up with an extra 10-30% off several times during the initial G8 pro bundle sales last summer/fall. Daz has done this before, they can do it again.
AND, since we have customers that have been doing THAT MUCH BUSINESS with Daz (i.e. have somehow managed to buy all/almost all of the previous gen pro bundles), well those are Daz's best customers we are talking about, and while they may not be 'owed' anything, that doesn't mean that Daz shouldn't offer them something extra for all of that extra business. IMHO of course, but then different people have different approaches to customer service...
I've read in a few places that it costs anywhere from 5 to 25 times as much to gain new customers than to retain existing ones. Well these ARE Daz's best customers we are talking about... they shouldn't be taken too much for granted, and in extreme cases they can be expensive to replace if you lose them...
Yeah, you can't keep everyone happy all the time, but how you treat your best customers does affect your bottom line in the long run...
What does Daz owe me? Nothing... well, except for a refund that I requested.
What do I owe Daz? Nothing. I've spent a lot of money here, but with recent changes to the store (prices and quality control are getting worse), I'm spending my money elsewhere, and a lot less here.
Supply and demand means that if I can't get what I want from one supplier, I get it from another.
As of today, I've spent $10,450 here, which is a lot for a hobby for someone on a small pension. So I have to be practical.
It seems to me that Daz is doing their best to get as many of their best products into as many hard drives as possible, and I think it's a great idea---IF people make great art with it and others ask them, "HOW did you DO THAT?!" Then they find out that the software's FREE?! And that Daz is giving away primo kit---not throwaways like some places give you! So, Daz makes more money that I didn't have to spend, and they keep attracting more people, and the PAs can focus more time on making cooler stuff, and I get all the things I need to make cool pictures and don't have to learn how to model. Yay!!!
I've seen non-Edward 8 Pro owners complain about the 10% extra discount during MM. Complainers will always exist.
Yes they will, but most folks understood that the Ollie/Aiko owners actually considered and bought their products including the future discounts that would be offered. In other words, the future discount was not FREE!
How did you get that nifty picture? Did you go through your order and add that all up yourself?
It's part of Ati and Overdrawn's DAZ Deals browser add-on.
@EJWorks...if you already have the Daz Deals browser add-on, you may need to update it. I had to turn off the option to show total, close the browser, reopen to click the option back on. Refreshed the browser once again and then it showed me the total. I won't post the shocking results here (embarassed) but I can say that it's enough to buy a brand new shiny car!
