DIM refusing to log in

How often does DIM have issues connecting? I'm logged on to DAZ store, no issue buying content. But DIM was refusing to log in eventually after 9 restarts it connects.. but for osme reason doesn't acknowledge the new purchases.. even if I open from the order page by clicking o download and instal with DIM. Really annoying!

DIM logged in fine for me just now. It has problems occasionally, but not very often. If this is a persistent problem for you, you'd better submit a help request to customer service, so they can help you figure out what the problem is.
