how do turn off limits with Genesis3 figures?

Trying to do a yoga-ish pose with G3F. It won't let me twist her leg back over her head in an un natural type of pose so how can I do this please? is there a way to turn off pose limits? thankyou.

Click on the body part you want to adjust.

In the parameters tab you will find the adjustments like "bend" and "twist"

Hover over the Bend header and a cogwheel will appear.

Click in the cogwheel.

Click "parameter settings"

There you will find the limiting parameters, Either uncheck the box "use limits", or adjust the limit to one you prefer.
