setting up desktop as render farm?

Hey guys,

I have a Desktop PC at home with a powerful GPU configuration (1x 1080ti 1x 780ti), while at the office I'm on a single 1070. Is it (with the server render option) possible to use my desktop at home for the rendering while working on my office laptop? If so, could anyone point me to a tutorial or instructions on how to set it up?
