No thumbnails with Pose Converter G2F to G3F

I just purchased the Pose Converter for G2F to G3F by 3D Universe and notice that even though the "Copy Pose Thumbnail" is checked, I only get the new .duf files with the _G3 added when I run the converter.  I couldn't find anything posted in the forums regarding this, but perhaps I am doing something wrong.
