getting error when loading wings

I'm pretty new to Daz3d, but I've installed Epic Wings with no problems, but I just bought, and installed Seraphim Wings. Here's the problem now. I can't get the Seraphim Wings to open up in Daz3d studio Pro. I get an error message: An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for details. Can someone give me instructions on how to resolve this problem?  Thanks

    We need a little bit more info.

    Did you manualy install them? or use DIM? Are you using the corect Genesis fogure for those type of wings? Perhaps add the log file...

    This could mean so many things...

    One common cause of that error is double-clicking a preset (for material or shape) without the target item loaded and selected in the scene.
