Anyone know what morphs was used for this character?

Anyone know what headmorph is used here? Looks like its using part of Alexandra 8 morphs and textures, but I can't seem to figure out how this look was achieved. Simply dialing down Alexandra's headmorph did not look like this. I think its a much more realistic version of Alexandra 8 but not sure how this was achieved.

She looks like an aging Victoria 8 so I assume she has some component of Victoria 8.
