Madness Give-a-way 'related items' ?

One condition to get this Give-a-way is to buy at least 1 MM related item and refering to the headline all(!) related items should be 'back on sale'.
Clicking the link or scrolling down I can see only a few (19) related items, but if it is really 'all', there should be way more.
Am I missing something ?
