what's wrong with daz?

I have been PC member for years since it came out.But I am very sadly with this daz3d site change!!!!!!I can't log in for several days and can't get my download file.Even by now ,I can't get through my password.What can I do?

    Try loggong out on a page where you are logged in, clear browser Cache and then log in again.
