Apparently this can be caused by an outdated Intel gpahics driver, so you might want to check for updates.

thanks for the adivce but I have checked. the driver up to date, I also tried to install previous drivers to fix the issue. INTEL IRIS plus Graphics driver 23.20.16.4944 Update 2/4/2018
