Question About Build-A-Babe License

So I have the product Build-A-Babe Skin Texture Merchant Resource by Hinkypunk.  It's a great resource, but it doesn't come with a ReadMe file (not that I can find, anyway).  I checked the sku number in the Documentation Center, but it doesn't give a license.  I know it says merchant resource, but does anyone know if I can use it to make freebies?  

Also, while I'm here, does anyone know if I can make freebies with Dark Skin Merchant Resource Essentials for Genesis 3 Female(s) by ForbiddenWhispers as well?  I know you can't with The Growing Up Skin Merchant products, since they specifically state that you cannot, which is unfortunate but at least lets you know.

    normally they do say that MRs cannot be used to make freebies. I may be wrong, but I can't think of one MR that allows use for freebies.  MRs are slanted toward other merchants/vendors, which is why they are called Merchant Resources.

    Thanks, Chohole and FSMCDesigns.  I guess I'll just assume that you can't use them for freebies.  It would be really cool if there were a skin resource we could use for that, though.  There are so many morphs out there with no textures, and if I'm making them for myself, it would just make sense to make them available to others.

    I wonder if I made a bunch of textures and put them all together, if that would be something DAZ would be willing to sell (inexpensively, of course, sense there would be no morphs to go with it)?  Oh well. That would be way down the line.

    I recommend sending a PM to the PA who created the content you want to use and ask them directly. I doubt they can be used to make freebie characters, but if it doesn't say then best to ask I think. :)

    Umm, I hate to sound dumb, but I don't know how to PM someone except by clicking on their name on a forum thread.  How do I send one to a specific person without them posting to my thread?

    I've responded to Fae, but I figured I'd put the response here as well.  Build-A-Babe contents can be used for free items, but the skin that it comes with cannot be used in its natural form. It has to be edited.

    Whoops, for some reason I thought I already posted about that here.  My memory failed me!  Sorry about that, Hinky Punk was VERY fast to respond to me, and so very kind to let us use Build-A-Babe for freebies! ^_^

    Actually the real quickest way is to go to your inbox, click on "New Message" and then start typing their uername in the recipient box . As if by Magic you will get suggestions

    I asked this almost two years ago without a response.  I am trying to make a G8F character but was wondering if I use this would I have to include G3F?

    Yo haven't said what you are building for (your own use, a comemrcial product, a freebie) - and you didn't say anything about what you wanted to know when you first posted. In any event, this is a question you would need to ask the PA, via support, rather than one the forum can answer.
