Creating morphs for Genesis 8 Male

Is there a way to use Sakure or Aiko 8 morphs and save those head shapes to use on Genesis 8 Male figure?

    There was, as I recall, some discussion of this in the Sakura 8 thread. Morphs can't be transferred directly as the meshes don't match, but it is possible to do it with the Transfer Utility.
