I didn't see this light bundle as part of any featured artist products for March Madness today. My guess is because a couple of AoA's shader's are in Fast Grab, maybe Daz3D discounted this light set as well? Fast Grab doesn't combine with other discounts to reduce the price further though.
If you render in 3Delight, these are great lights to use.
