What clothing is this?

I've seen two items in the promos for Aiko products that I can not find in the store.  The first is a combo bodice hood thing seen on bd Aeryn for Aiko 8.  The second is this adorable outfit on Salem for Aiko 8.  Can someone please point me in the right direction?
