Rendering photoreal 3d static object
in The Commons
Hi, rendering is in 2d, but is it possible to script a 3d render 360deg of static scene and then stitch in a object which can then be exported as a single file and used as a single 3d static object fully pre rendered?
Why? I use vr and would like to be able to use such a photoreal object in a scene were i can move around 3d to view, zoom in and out, but i have only been able to achieve this via countour render for obvious processing delay reasons to actually render the scene in real time.
But pre rendered is fine, static is fine, i just need it to be able to be stitched into a single 3d rendered object
Thanks
Tri

Rendering is one thing, UVMapping is another. I think you are looking for a specialized modeling/texturing app which DS isn't. If you head over to Sketchfab, you can read about the different tools users use to create their photoreal objects
