removing a script

From the tool box? At the top of the page where you have File, Edit and other tabs

A script tab auto adds when you Create Custom Action

I deleted a script off my computer, but I can't remove it in the top tab

F3 > Menus Tab > expand Main Menu > expand Scripts > delete the line for the custom action
