How do you separate time line end bits please ? (see pic)

Hya

 

I 've been working a scene as a still set at eg 1 second. I have the two book end things shoved against each other.

I want to separate them so I can do a avi but I can't. . Ihave magnified in on them to the max.

    I think you drag the limiters in the wrong direction...

     seriously,. pull the little yellow one on the left,.. to the right.

    I have had it get stuck like that too

    I go the the render room and set the time to fix it

    thanks Wendy ! Did I ever tell you how inspirational you are for carrara users? I was trying to do a three d virtual reality video and couldn't get past step one :) ! I got a vr still in the end ! Cheers
