Items missing when viewing PAs store

Been noticing this quite a bit lately and it's really bugging me. I have noticed that certain commercial threads I have followed have me on the lookout for new products, but I have foubd that when I think about it and check a vendors store, there are items missing, even though they have been released, Cayman Studios as an example. Was just thinking of new products and remembered a Genesis 3/8 UV set for Genesis was soon to be released and so I went to the store and checked out their store page, no such product showing. I then went to the thread in the commercial forum and saw it had been released with a direct link which takes me right to the product. Why does this not show up when clicking their store? Sometimes I get a glimpse of the product I am expecting to see before the page fully loads and then it is gone. I have noticed this with several PA stores over the last few weeks. Make me wonder what else isn't showing for me and how long it has been goling on. Using the latest FF on windows 10

    I'd guess it's one of three things:

    1) It could be that you already have the product and "Hide Items I own" is checked.

    2) if you're going from the vendor store link on a sale page, that link hids any products that the sale doesn't apply to - usually items still in the 60 day "new" phase.

    3) There may be some other setting - possibly one from the Daz Deals add-on - that is causing the item to be hidden.

    Thanks. I can rule out 1 and 2. Maybe I will uninstall the deals add on and see if that makes a difference.

    Check if there's a filter listed in the URL. That will hide some things.

    I discussed similar things ages ago in my Art Studio thread. It gets even weirder when you try to use any of the dropdown filters (like the Artist)  Depending on how I came onto a store page, the products shown differed. Also, when there are co-vendors, when I entered the other vendor's page, it changed what was shown in their store. Don't know if that's still happening, but I pointed it out during a sale because it was limiting what people were finding in the featured stores that were discounted, when coming in from a certain path. But the items were in the store when I did it from the featured stores sales page. Whacky. So I know never to use the Artist dropdown.

    If it's this, then from your description, you are either hiding the item (solution: unhide it, either from the product page itself, or from the list of hidden products in the options page), or using the software filter, and the item in question is for a software you are not interested in (solution: on the options page, select all the software, even the ones you would normally not be interested in. Poser, Carrara, Byrce, etc.).
