Virtual PC platforms?

There's a story in the WSJ about a French company that is expanding services to California.

Their business is virtual gaming systems. Virtual PC with the equivalent of an "Intel Xeon" processor, NVIDIA GTX 1080 with 16GB dedicated RAM, 12GB "server grade DDR4" for the system, and 256GB storage.

The article shows someone with a virtual Win10 desktop in a phone.

It's an interesting concept from the gaming perspective... but what about a rentable GTX 1080 for Daz work? It might not rival an expensive Daz rig, but it could work pretty nicely for modest budgets.

(They do say they monitor the gfx cards to watch for crypto mining, but I'm not sure if the gfx load profile for Daz would be similar to crypto.)

In any case, it's an interesting idea for sure.
