Measure Metrics foot size
Hey, I want the foot size of a Gensis 3 chracter in cm.
I created a new measure for the left foot. I selected the left foot and created it via Create -> New Mesaure Metric.
Than I run the Figure Metrics script and attached my left foot test to left foot length morph.
Bascially it is working, I get a measure and if I change it, the size of the foot is changing too. But I don't get the size in cm. Currently its something like ~0.09.
How can I convert this to cm.
I think it would be a good idea to add the foot size in a future Measure Metrics update ;)

The Measure property displayed in the Parameters pane always displays in Daz Studio native units (cm). The Measure Metrics pane (and the Figure Metrics script) allows you to change the unit of measure displayed within itself.
I found the solution by myself.
Here a small tutrial what to do (with a Genesis Female 3)
1.
Select the left foot

2.
Create a new Measure Metric (Create -> New Measure Metric)
Name: Foot Left
Type: Tape Measure
Options: Parent to Selected Item

Check also the option to create a Persistent Point At Target
You should now get something like this
Set the Foot Left Target to:
X Translate: 13.62
Y Translate: 0
Z Translate: 14.03
Foot Left to
X Translate: 10.70
Y Translate: 0
Z Translate: -9.49
The Result should look like this
If you use an other figure then Genesis 3 Female you may have to adjust the values.
3.
Move Foot Left Target to Left Big Toe_2. This is nesseracy that the lengths of the Measure will be adjusted when the size of the Foot changes.
In the Measure Metric Tab you should see something like this:
4.
Open the Figure Metric (not Measure Metric!) window (Figure Metric comes with Measure Metric)
Go to the configuration Tab and select as Node Genesis 3 Female. I use CTRLFootLength (Foot Length), but you use also PBMFootLengthL (Foot Length Left) if you want measure and change both foots seperatly. I'm not sure if this morphs a part of DAZ or if they are from an Morph Addon.
5.
Now you can change the size of the feets in the Measurements tab of Figure Metric.
