V4/M4 sale double buy

looking through all this old stuff i get the feeling that the shop does not know which product i ve already bought

there are defenitely products shown to me that i  already got some years ago

has this to do with smart content (connect) not showing older stuff right ?

    More likely the store not being able to recognize items that where part of a bundle as owned items.

    I have that problem with some of my RDNA items, it seems like some older bundles there were created as a separate product and not a bundle (probably due to their store software) so they were imported as such in DAZ store, which means individual items are not marked as purchased.

    I'm glad you posted this becuase I was like "Heeeyyyy didn't I buy this?"

    I have when I buy the same items for different generations.

    I bought the G3 hair or G2 hair and then I buy the V4 too....

    yeah a lot of the older stuff was released in multible bundles too and variations of combinations of products like for example some of Aiko 3 bundles this continued with the v/m4 stuff sometimes same with the newest generation it's the same when you buy a Pro Bundle which includes everything in Starter Bundles but you'll always see those as if you don't own them, recently I almost bought an addon bundle was either g2 or g3 forget but looking inside and clicking each item to heck it out it turned out I owned everything but the bundle I did not actually got few like that bought all the contents seperately contained in bundles but not showing I own the bundle

    and if you accidently buy a bundle before you relise you already had all the content you can't return it for a refund or anything as you'd lose the origiginal content it actually also replaces the content/info product library but the return time becomes void as they count the date of the first purchace found that out when I bought a product I owned again when it was re-released with an update and slightly renamed

    so cant this be a "connect" problem ?

    as smart content is not able to find old stuff in "products" ?

    You cannot use Connect for most generation 4 stuff that adds morphs to the characters.
